Last year Fran and his son Tom visited our producers in Peru with our importers Falcon Coffee. We are proud to present our latest coffee from one of our fanstastic producers, Clever Neyra. Last year we loved the natural process coffee from his farm and it flew off the shelf! This year we have a beautiful washed process coffee, just as exceptional and delicious, and created with the passion and incredible expertise witnessed by Fran on the farm.
We are a bit of a fan of Clever, having loved his naturally processed Bourbon coffee we roasted this time last year. We now bring you the washed version of this Bourbon varietal. Cherries are fermented for 24-36 hours after de-pulping and then drying takes about 10-12 days.
