Moonshot is the original Moon Roast House Espresso Blend, created by the founder Fran back when he commissioned his first Probat roaster in a shed in his back yard. As coffee is a seasonal product the origins of the coffees we use in Moonshot have since changed. However, we have maintained a consistent flavour profile that continues to be a crowd pleaser, and is much loved by our customers.
The roasting philosophy behind the Moonshot Blend is to amplify the textural experience, creating a balanced, smooth coffee with a flavour that is intense, yet easy-going. Perfect for your morning coffee, or afternoon pick-me-up, it has been designed with milk, and milk alternatives, in mind, whether you prefer to add a drop to your morning filter, or pour silky flat whites and cappuccinos.
