Delivery Times

All orders are sent out the next working day. 

For example if you placed a standard UK order on a Thursday, this would be sent out on Friday by 2nd Royal Mail and would be estimated to arrive by the following Monday at the latest. If you place an order on the weekend you can expect it to arrive by the following Thursday.

All delivery times are an estimate. Fig & Fox cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than the estimated delivery times. Refunds or compensation are not given if an item is delayed.

Any late deliveries must be reported within 14 days of your dispatch/order complete email, as following this time we may not be able to trace them.

We recommend ordering in plenty of time, if the item is a gift, to allow for any unforeseen courier or other delays.

My order has not arrive yet?

• Please allow at least five days before contacting us about a delivery issue.
• Check in any safe places, with neighbours and at your local post office.
• Leave a note for the postman if you are not going to be in to take the parcel.
